Elm reactor bug

Hi. I'm using hs-elm-0.19.0 from the freeBSD ports collection. `elm
reactor` brings up an empty page instead of a dashboard. In my browser's
console, I'm getting:

```
SyntaxError: unexpected token: ':'
ReferenceError: Elm is not defined
```

When running `elm reactor`, I expected to see the elm dashboard instead of
a blank page. Have you guys encountered this? Any help would be highly
appreciated.
