Patch

I've missed textproc/cgrep, as it wasn't following hs-* naming convention and
haven't used USE_CABAL=.

Updated the port, fixed missing entries in category/Makefile's, regenrated
patch in the format suitable for svn, checked that `pou bulk -a` starts
successfully.

Hopefully this is ready to be exp-run'ed now.
