Looking for a supported PCMCIA dual NIC card

Any free USB ports available? There are USB-ethernet adapters
available.
Personally, I've used D-Link's "DUB-E100 High Speed USB 2.0 Fast
Ethernet Adapter", which worked out of the box on my 7.0R setup.
