  SiI seems to be Ok on FreeBSD8 with siis driver...

  It  seems,  that mv driver is in test now, but for -CURRENT, not for
8-STABLE :(

 Really, soft-RAIDs is almost Ok, if don't use them as RAIDs :)
  I  don't  have  money  for  full-featured RAIDs like "big" Arecas and
Adaptecs,  but  it  is Ok to have not-used soft-RAID functionality, if
card  is not too expensive (say, $100) and available in RU (because we
have  big  problems with Russian post now and I don't want to wait 2-3
months for box from eBay or other USA on-line store)...
