dell poweredge 1950 : not rebooting under 6.1 (sometimes) + bce0 issues

So this could be a problem specific/related to rsync?  I just made a
quick check transfering 250 MB by ftp from the server, and it worked
fine  (just one large file), then a rsync of /usr/ports to another
server -> crash after just 30MB transfered.
