Yes, it is. I set my ethernet address as 192.168.254.3

> Do you have any firewalls enabled on any of the box's?

Yes, I've got a firewall enabled on the linux box which works
as server to provide the internet connection to the other
lan's boxes. But since I installed the LAN, I haven't got
any kind of ping/ethernet troubles with other operative systems
like Linux or Windows.

> Can you ping the FreeBSD box from other box's?

No, I can't.. :-((

I've tried with tcpdump
But I can't receive any packets.

> Is the switch/hub dodgy? Try chaning ports to a port you know to work.

I've tried to change port but nothing works, I still can't ping any machine.

> Is there any encryption running over the network? (ie, ipsec and the like)

No, there isn't

Only the "status" (reading the ifconfig -a output) of my dc0 ethernet
adapter seems to work.
If I detach the ethernet cable off the adapter, status changes from "active"
to "no carrier".

Thankss again for helping me with this trouble! ^_^
