all in one motherboards

hope this is the right place to put this question. i want to build a
box with an all in one motherboard. Thinking of ASUS A7V8X-MX SE with
VIA KM400 + VT8235CE chipset 
Can anyone say for sure if this will work or recomend anonother setup?
