What really worries me about this is that the mirror set gets
corrupted WITHOUT the 3ware controller knowing about it.

The system we have the recurring problems with is:

   o FreeBSD 4.8
   o 3ware 7506-4LP
   o 4 x IBM 120GB IC35L120AVVA07 disks
   o Tyan 2460 Tiger MP
   o 1 GB of Micron ECC RAM
   o 2 x AMD Athlon(tm) MP 2000+
   o (I don't have the BIOS rev, the card is out of the system right
     now)

Other systems we've had the problem in:

   o FreeBSD 4.7
   o 3ware 7500-4LP
   o 4 x IBM 80GB IC35L080AVVA07 disks
   o Tyan 2460 Tiger MP
   o 1 GB of Micron ECC RAM
   o 2 x AMD Athlon(tm) MP 2000+
   o twe0: 4 ports, Firmware FE7X 1.04.00.024, BIOS BE7X 1.07.02.008


   o FreeBSD 4.8
   o 3ware 7450
   o 4 x IBM 75GB DTLA-307075 disks
   o SuperMicro P6DBS
   o 768 MB of Micron ECC RAM
   o 2 x Pentium II 400MHz
   o twe0: 4 ports, Firmware FE7X 1.03.09.027, BIOS BE7X 1.07.02.002
