Committing two ipfw patches (accepted by rgrimes@)

I hope you all are safe.

I have two patches for ipfw, both of which were accepted by rgrimes@ but 
not yet committed.

The patches are:

  * https://reviews.freebsd.org/D24403 (ipfw(8): In fill_ip6(), use a 
single statement for both "me" and "me6")

  * https://reviews.freebsd.org/D24427 (ipfw: use SLIST_REMOVE_HEAD and 
SLIST_REMOVE_AFTER for the first and subsequent respective states)

Could one of you committers please commit them?
