linux-oracle-jdk18 and futex

i installed linux-oracle-jdk18

all linux subsytems are active (linux,linux64,linprocfs,linsysfs), 
filesystems mounted

when running tomcat7 using linux-oracle-jdk18 java process consumes 100% 
cpu showing "futex" state constantly.

With openjdk that uses linux emulation problem doesn't exist. with any 
other version of oracje jdk that uses linux emulation - the same problem
