Hey, before you change the firmware or reinstall the NUC with UEFI
Can you try installing using the 'zfs auto' menu item in bsdinstall, and
set the partition type to 'gpt + active', and see if that works on the
NUC? If it does, I'll look at making the installer detect that hardware
and work around that problem.
