[RFC] lm75 kernel driver and bsnmp module

Hi,
I have this driver for the lm75 an i2c digital temperature sensor, it
works (and it is tested) on FDT and non FDT systems.
I need some help (review) for the bsnmp module. The bsnmp module reads
the sysctl(8) interface, find out how many sensors you have on your
system and export some of the sensor's information over SNMP.
Together they create a very easy way to monitor (graph and whatever)
the sensor temperature over SNMP.
The lm75 sensor is cheap and can be easily connected to most of SBCs we support.
It is also a good point of start for people who want to work with
GPIO, sensors and SNMP on FreeBSD.
