Please use iso raw option, it helps sometimes:
iPXE> kernel tftp://nuc2/memdisk
iPXE> kernel tftp://nuc2/memdisk iso
iPXE> initrd tftp://nuc2/mfsbsd.iso
iPXE> boot
I suggest leave tftp protocol and download iso with http server.
