Dtrace: stack() does not print function names from modules

Which FreeBSD version are you using?  This was a problem with 8.0-RELEASE
through 8.2-RELEASE, but it was fixed for stable/8 in r223601.

Oh, but it looks like it never made it to stable/9?  Yuck.
