While this is certainly not the most important improvement that could
be made (Fix the PRs!), the proposed wtf command could be useful.
And, importantly, putting this functionality into a seperate utility
is the correct way to do it. We don't want to add more complexity to
the shell for several good reasons (bloat, possiblilty of bugs,
slowness after every typo, not the Unix way[1], etc.).
