It cannot be merged into RELEASE! RELEASE is a point on a branch,
as soon as RELEASE had been released, you can't push anything into
it, unless you have a time machine.
So, the fix has been merged to the branch you reported problem on,
this means that it'll be available in the next release from this
branch - in 8.3-RELEASE.
