Linux setpci equivalent in FreeBSD?

Hi!
I'v found (well, mav@ found it) on a wiki page (*) a trick to use some
TI sdhci cards. They use the setpci command, to set some bits in the HW.
Are there any tool under FreeBSD to do the same?
