Building 5.x binaries on 6.2-RELEASE

A simple way is to install a copy of 5.x userland (by using "make
installworld" or using CD-ROM's ./install.sh script) to a jailed
environment and then attach to the jail to do the build.  Note that more
hacking is needed if your application detects kern.osreldate etc.
