Hmmm, alas, the patch does not apply clean any more.
It seems a recent commit to dev/pccbb/pccbb.c
breaks this part of the patch.

Not patching the file breaks the build because CBB_KLUDE_ALLOC
is no longer defined.

Applying the patch reverse doesn't work, either (no surprise, 
I guess).

I've cvsupped and built the source today (Jan 5, 2003) and tried
to test the patch.

Could you provide an updated patch?
