the standard installation.
Now its up and running, the problem was that took out the whole stucture from a .iso file, and the struckure did not match.. but its case solved now.

the default serial console speed for FreeBSD is 9600, for starters. The
BIOS is doing some sort of vga to serial redirection? This sounds like
the soekris equipment, although for mine I loaded the CF with a laptop.
So exactly what are you trying to start? sysinstall?
