Yes, after downgrade ports exiv2 and gexiv2, and rebuild GIMP,
GIMP work is fine!!!

root at vladiom:~ # pkg version -v | grep exiv
exiv2-0.26_1,1                     <   needs updating (index has 0.27.0,1)
gexiv2-0.10.9_1                    <   needs updating (index has 0.10.9_3)
libkexiv2-18.12.3_2                =   up-to-date with index
