Hello All,
while updating graphics/ImageMagick via portmaster, the build of gnome/intltool fails:
...
===> Configuring for intltool-0.51.0_1
configure: loading site script /usr/ports/Templates/config.site
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
checking for a thread-safe mkdir -p... (cached) /bin/mkdir -p
checking for gawk... (cached) /usr/bin/awk
checking whether gmake sets $(MAKE)... yes
checking whether gmake supports nested variables... yes
checking for perl... (cached) /usr/local/bin/perl
checking for perl >= 5.8.1... 5.28.0
checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool
===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
Please report the problem to gnome at FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the
"/usr/ports/textproc/intltool/work/intltool-0.51.0/config.log" including the
output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to
provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. a
/usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea).

A quick locate "XML::Parser" finds several references:
% locate XML::Parser
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/man/man3/XML::LibXML::Parser.3.gz
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/man/man3/XML::Parser.3.gz

/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/man/man3/XML::Parser::Style::Subs.3.gz
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/man/man3/XML::Parser::Style::Tree.3.gz
Seems it has been build successfully before.
All the best,
