It configures and build if I set
CONFIGURE_ARGS= --with-xml-catalog=${LOCALBASE}/share/xml/catalog &&
/usr/local/share/xml/docbook/4.3/catalog.xml \

but:
Package appstream-glib was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `appstream-glib.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'appstream-glib', required by 'virtual:world', not found


and 
install:

/ram/usr/ports/devel/appstream-glib/work/stage/usr/local/man/man1/appstream-builder.1.gz:No
such file or directory
pkg-static: Unable to access file
