Patch for print/freetype2 (since 441132)

Added possible patch for print/freetype2 port with following (additional)
changes:
- Bump PORTREVISION
- Fix description for TT_SIZE_METRICS option
- Add TT_SIZE_METRICS_ALT experimental option
- Add LONG_PCF_NAMES option to enable long PCF family names
(PCF_CONFIG_OPTION_LONG_FAMILY_NAMES define was introduced in 2.8 version) [1]
