libxml2-2.9.4.diff

With libxml2-2.9.4, it seems that Makefile.am is used to generate the Makefile.
The pathfix is not pointed to apply the fix on Makefile.am (it was defaulted to
fix path on Makefile.in which gets overwritten by automake.)

The patch attached fixes the issue
