Problem with libxml2-2.9.4 installing pkgconf file to lib/pkgconfig instead of libdata/pkgconfig

Hi Maintainers,

With libxml2-2.9.4, it seems that Makefile.am is used to generate the Makefile. The pathfix is not pointed to apply the fix on Makefile.am (it was defaulted to fix path on Makefile.in which gets overwritten by automake.)

Setting in the port Makefile
PATHFIX_MAKEFILEIN=     Makefile.am
Fixed the issue
