Trying to run `pkg upgrade' failed with the following error:

[2/17] Extracting pango-1.38.0_1: 100%
rm: /usr/local/lib/pango/1.8.0/modules.cache: No such file or directory
pkg: DEINSTALL script failed

I solved the problem by running:
pkg delete -D -f x11-toolkits/pango
pkg install pango-1.38.0_1
