Proposed patch (since 412348 revision)

I think, the include/freetype/config/ftoption.h file should be patched directly
for FT_CONFIG_OPTION_SUBPIXEL_RENDERING and TT_CONFIG_OPTION_SUBPIXEL_HINTING
defines. The same does:
