Patch to update www/webkit-gtk2

- Update to 2.4.11
- Fix build with Ruby 2.2 default version (symlink to ruby doesn't exist any
more)
- Replace CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS by USES= localbase

Note: This update is important, because the 2.4.10 release fixed several
vulnerabilities.
