accessibility/at-spi2-core-2.6.3 build fails: g-ir-scanner: error: no such option: -f

I am getting build failure after the recent ports upgrade:

g-ir-scanner: error: no such option: -f^M

g-ir-scanner is installed by gobject-introspection-1.34.2 and hasn't 
been updated by the ports upgrade.
Forced rebuild of gobject-introspection-1.34.2 didn't help the problem.
