Hello,
I stumbled upon an issue when following the guide to install a minimal GUI desktop on FreeBSD http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=35308
I am running the latest stable release 9.1 release and did a "freebsd-update fetch install" and also did "portmanager -a" etc, etc.
But every time when I do "portmanager x11-wn/openbox" it always errors out at devel/gobject-introspection.
After a very long night of poking around I believe I got to the root of the issue. See here http://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gpa-dev/2007-February/002401.html which suggests this port need a patch that "changes the Makefile template in the gpgme subdir so that
PTH_CFLAGS are only added to the include path where needed." I think the gpgme should be "gobject-introspection" in this case.
I am not a proficient user, and I mostly dabble on PC-BSD, Slackware and FreeBSD. But I hope this can fix my issue and help others having similar issues.
