Don't mix them.

- libXft patch was rejected per ports/119906. So, no luck with LCD
  filtering in xterm and other Xft users.
- freetype2 works fine WITH_LCD_FILTERING
- cairo patches are not related to filtering

I've found fontconfig patches useful but they'd probably meet same fate
as libXft one.
