net-im/telepathy-mission-control and net-im/empathy appear to need MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE

when building net-im/telepathy-mission-control under FreeBSD 8.0 (amd64) 
I ran into unspecified build problems in which 
net-im/telepathy-mission-control and net-im/empathy both failed to 
build.  I have 'FORCE_MAKE_JOBS' in my /etc/make.conf file to greatly 
speed up the build process, with the job count set to 8.

Adding 'MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE=yes' to each port's Makefile corrected the 
build problems.
