epiphany and pdf files (file associations)

There is a bug in epiphany.  Go to Edit > Preferences, and make sure a
valid location is chosen for downloads.  Every time you go here, it will
reset to "File system".  Just make the change, and remember to change it
back if you ever have to revisit Preferences.
