www/epiphany and WITH_GECKO=libxul build fails

I'm getting an error while building www/epiphany and WITH_GECKO=libxul
at my tinderbox:

...

make: don't know how to make regression-test(continuing)
================================================================
Fatal error: filesystem was touched prior to 'make install' phase
usr/local/lib/libxul/components/compreg.dat extra
usr/local/lib/libxul/components/xpti.dat extra
...

Bug or /dev/hands?
