Recent ports upgrade - gnome apps has no GUI settings

Hi 

Looks like recent changes in ports tree require UPDATING entry or just
fix.

After portupgrade -a and restart system all gnome applications loose
it's configurations (just like with no gnome-settings-daemon).

I can suspect that it was
devel::dbus-glib
x11::xcb-uti
x11::luit
...

metacity under gdm just crashes

now trying to rebuild deps of dbus-glib to fix the issue

Any hints will be very appriciated.
