Trying to build glib20 on 6.2 with WITHOUT_X11=yes

Hi, I'm trying to build glib20 (since it's needed for irssi), but haven't had 
much luck. This is the output:

checking for libiconv_open in -liconv... no
configure: error: *** No iconv() implementation found in C library or libiconv

I've pasted what ports tells me to:
