I'm trying to help you help yourself, instead of giving you
bullet-by-bullet guide to fix this one problem.

docbook-sk gives you readable interactive help in GNOME apps.

Then I don't know what went wrong with de-registering those entries from
catalog.ports. Can you reproduce the problem?
