[PATCH] x11-fonts/fontconfig fails to build if docbook-utils
is installed

I tried with fontconfig, and it does not fix the problem. configure
still detects docbook2html, and the build fails.
The good news is, after updating gnome to 2.14.0, it looks like only
fontconfig and esound had problems, no other port failed because of
docbook-utils.
