/usr/bin/ld: warning: libpangoxft-1.0.so.800, needed by /usr/local/lib/libgdk-x11-2.0.so, not found

hi sirs,

i startx and got error message after x died.  it was about 
libpangoxft-1.0.so.800 not found.

whe i restart to make install at x11/gnome2 ,  i got the same message

/usr/bin/ld: warning: libpangoxft-1.0.so.800, needed by 
/usr/local/lib/libgdk-x11-2.0.so, not found

where can one get this file?

my machine is 6-stable and going to install gnome 2.12.
