Automounting does not work...

Totem no longer handles audio CDs as to avoid conflicts with
sound-juicer and rhythmbox. You should adjust gnome-volume-manager to
launch one of those applications to handle audio CDs.
If eject leaves an Audio CD icon behind, this probably means hald is
crashing. You need to follow the steps at
http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/docs/bugging.html to make a proper report.
