This worked, and the port built perfectly. Thanks, petrasl.

I got the tarball from the author's web site, with my web browser. I could
not access the site with anonymous ftp. Perhaps that is why fetch did not
work. But that does not explain why the file is missing from
ftp.FreeBSD.org. I looked, and it is not there.
