K, I'm trying the port method you suggested to build firefox. I've hit a
snag, though. It had to download & build atk 1.8.0, but gave an error
when it found an earlier version (atk-1.6.1, package). I tried to delete
and was told several packages depended on it and it couldn't be
deinstalled. Any suggestions?
