Is the only patch needed patch-modules_sftp-method.c? I've found bug 
#168861 in GNOME's bugzilla, could you followup to it?

I have a Linux box to which I can carefully do nasty things to. Would 
replacing libgnomevfs-2.so.0 do the trick?
