some brokenness in gnome-fifth-toe and gnome-power-tools

These are both failing to build, gnome-fifth-toe in inkscape, and
gnome2-power-tools in bpm... perhaps path problems similar to what i
was seeing in eclipse.  I ripped out -all- gnome and gtk components
and rebuilt-everything- and I still see this...
