I've heard this reported before, but I have never seen it myself, and I
regularly use Galeon. My only suggestion is to upgrade Mozilla, then
rebuild Galeon. Other than that, there may be a window manager issue at
work here. I use GNOME with metacity, and have always been fine with
HTML forms.
