scite is one of the best... :-)

maybe you can also help me why scite did not respect my multiline
tab-setting: tabbar.multiline=1

guess ... you start X with -dpi set to someting to low in gdm.conf
or Desktop preferences -> Fonts -> Details?

as far as i remember is 96 dpi the default value.
