python 2.3.2 port url's incorrect

The latest python port mirror url's are incorrect. They all seem to try
retrieve version 2.3.2 from a 2.3.1 url.

Caught this while trying to portupgrade Gnome. Just change the url above
to http://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.3.2/Python-2.3.2.tgz

This was shortly after a cvsup on ports.
