gnomemeeting port fails

But that would be quite inefficient: You did all the work and I
do it again.
What about some mechanism that allows me to place a kind of
gnome-config file in my root directory, containing lines like
WITHOUT_GNOMEMEETING=YES
WITHOUT_BALSA=YES
???
So everyone could easily stay up to date using the metaports and
save build-time as well.
