evolution port build fails

First, you should have an up-to-date ports tree, and you should be
trying to build Evo 1.4.5. Next, delete /usr/X11R6/include/gtkhtml,
finally, you should follow the instructions for upgrading to GNOME 2.4
at http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/.
